Does anyone remember some years ago how the left came out with their hearts bleeding, dripping and leaving a trail of blood from all those bleeding hearts on behalf of enemy combatants located at Guantanamo Bay.

Keep in mind that enemy combatants are personnel on the battlefield who are often not willing to regard the rules of war. They often willingly engage in all kinds of actions on the battlefield that conventional forces are forbidden from practicing under accepted rules of war.

As such, enemy combatants do not fall under the customary rules of warfare that traditional soldiers and armies do.

The rules of the Geneva Convention do not apply to them.

In dealing with captured enemy combatants, the United States used what they called enhanced interrogation techniques to derive information from some of these combatants they captured on the battlefield.

The techniques were used on some of the most brutal terrorists who were behind vicious attacks on the United States and allies.

Some of the techniques used against these terrorists by the United States can certainly be described as harsh, but whether they qualify as torture is still up for debate.

Some have justified the treatment of these enemy combatants by arguing they do not fall under Geneva Convention rules, and have pointed out that enemy combatants do not operate with the same restraints as Soldiers on the battlefield, and are often willing to commit some of the most heinous, barbaric acts in pursuit of their ideology and goals.

The left became the champions of many of these vicious terrorists, and continued to call on the American government to treat these savages more humanely.

The news media featured on a loop, the alleged condition and circumstances of these enemy combatants demanding that the American Government stop the inhumane treatment of them.

Now lets switch to the J6 21 prisoners, rioters, and other offenders.

As more and more complaints come out about the harsh, and some say inhumane treatment of J6 prisoners by the American government, no one on the left or in the media shares the same concern or enthusiasm for the predicament of these American citizens, as they did for enemy combatants who were killing American Soldiers, and committing all kinds of atrocities on the battlefield against anyone who got in their way, including civilians.

Lawyers for many of these J6 prisoners have been complaing and trying to draw attention to their treatment. There have been accusations of prisoners being denied medical treatment, being placed in solitary for months from the inception of their incarceration, there have been accusations of torture of the prisoners, and lots of other wild accusations from lawyers, and family members about the prisoners treatment and welfare.

Some reports even claim that the government has broken with established precedents, and placed many J6 prisoners among the most violent offenders in the prisons.

Some of the people who have received these harsh senteces are said to have committed only the crime of walking into the Capitol or the Capitol building.

The treatment of the J6 prisoners is said to be so awful that many have turned to calling the facilities, the American Gulag.

You would know any of this though if all you listen to is establishment media.

The bleeding hearts who often take up the cause of some of the worst people like cop killers and Guantanamo bay detainees are silent on the treatment of the J6 prisoners. They have not looked in to the claims to see if any of it is true. They have not called on the government to ensure that J6 prisoners are treated humanely.

None of the usual suspects who have attached themselves to some of the worst causes in the past have shown any concern, or compassion for the treatment of the J6 prisoners.

They are quite happy to look on in silence as their political opponents continue to complain and try to draw attention to alleged abuse by the Federal Government, because in the eyes of the left, any abuse against their political opponents is justified.

So what is the point? The left will tolerate anything in the name of the cause. They will turn a blind eye to any evil (like alleged abuse of prisoners…or the sexualization of children for that matter) if it means advancing their ideology. They will make excuses all day long for bad behavior, because in the mind of the average leftist (not your traditional Democrats or liberal), anything goes when it comes to promoting the leftist agenda.

Don’t despair though. Continue to be vigilant. Speak truth, never give up and keep on pushing forward with a message of hope, and calling out corruption when needed. Do the work where necessary to pull the country back from the brink of the bottomless pit we seem to be heading for at warp speed.
