Here is an oft repeated mantra of mine—and yes, it bears repeating one more time. Some may roll their eyes, but folks, understand this: repetition is necessary for people to grasp the gravity of the situation. This is not just a talking point. It’s a foundational truth. The left hates truth. That’s not hyperbole. It’s a reality baked into their ideology.
Truth is incompatible with their worldview. Lies are not just tools—they’re structural supports. If they embraced truth, their entire ideological framework would collapse. And make no mistake: preserving that framework matters more to them than the damage it causes. They will defend it at all costs.
Case in point: Karine Jean-Pierre. She’s on a media tour promoting her book, and it’s a masterclass in gaslighting. She claims (without blinking) that she saw no cognitive decline in Joe Biden during her time as press secretary. She’s still pushing the Joe Scarborough line: “Biden was sharp as a tack.”
But in a rare moment of actual journalism, Brianna Keilar of CNN pressed her on this. And what did Karine do? She doubled down. Despite everything we’ve seen with our own eyes, despite the mountain of evidence, she looked into the camera and lied.
When cornered, they always pivot. She said, “It’s important that we talk about where we are today. We are in an unprecedented situation.” Then came the deflection: Trump is using the military unlawfully, he’s rounding up brown people—even citizens. Blah, blah, blah. Lies with reckless abandon.
But dig deeper. What’s really happening here? She wants you to believe that her lies don’t matter. That holding her accountable is a distraction. Why? Because, she insists, the real threat is in the White House now. Worse than anything before. In other words: “But Trump…”
Do you get it, folks? Do you see the pattern? This is why they lie. They have to. Their ideology demands it. Truth is their kryptonite.
